Register a business or organisation In essence, www.getnews.co.za provides you with a platform to talk with journalists and business community. Take a look at the benefits:
- Load media releases/feature stories from your business which will be profiled on www.getnews.co.za, distributed to journalists and other newsletter subscribers
- Load key events with other details
- Profile key information about your business leaders under our movers & shakers section
- Provide easy-to-access details of your media contacts so that journalists can access information from your business/organisation more easily
- Improve distribution of your story by using the social network channels such as Twitter, Facebook and RSS feeds
- Using Google Analytics, we will provide feedback to you on how visitors have responded to your content on the site.
Registration 1-2-3
The process for registering your business is almost instantaneous. What's more registration up until 30 April is free.
- Click on the register button
- Then go to the profile button in the right hand corner.
- After clicking, you find a menu that allows to register your content - news releases, your business leaders (movers & shakers), events and media contacts. All content is menu-driven so it should be easy to complete. If not, give us a shout and ask for Alex Pfoss (pronounced Vos) and he will help through the process.
Register as a subscriber
You have access to daily news by registering as a subscriber. This will mean that you receive daily updates on the latest business developments in the province.
