METRO MINUTES brings you an electronic up-to-date daily newsletter (Monday to Friday – it is sent out between 12 noon and 2pm) on decisions taken by the Nelson Mandela Bay Council and its committees, in addition to business developments within the metro and occasionally in other parts of the Eastern Cape. It is edited by Patrick Cull, former The Herald political and business editor.
